A booking is only confirmed once:

All booking details including performance times, location and fees will be agreed in writing before the event.
3. Performance Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring:

Adequate performance space is available

Safe access to the performance area

Children and animals will be kept away from the performance space

Suitable electrical power supply if required

Compliance with venue regulations
Kodiak Avenue reserves the right to refuse to perform if conditions are unsafe or if the agreed terms are not met.
4. Payment
Booking fees and payment schedules will be agreed at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit may be required to secure a booking

The remaining balance is typically payable before or on the day of the event
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
5. Cancellations
If the client cancels a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period.
If Kodiak Avenue is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to help source a suitable replacement performer where possible.
6. Changes to Event Details
Any significant changes to the event including:

Venue location

Performance times

Event schedule
must be communicated as soon as possible so arrangements can be reviewed and agreed.
7. Liability
Kodiak Avenue will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:

Venue restrictions

Power failures

Severe weather

Travel disruption

Acts of nature
Our liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the total booking fee paid.
8. Intellectual Property
