Yes we do! We are happy to learn and arrange one special song for you free of charge if it is not in our repertoire, and for any additional requests we charge a small fee of £25 per song. We will start learning any requests 2/3 months prior to your event.
We typically perform either 2 x 30 minute sets, or 2 x 45 minute sets. We can also perform 3 x 30 minute sets if you would prefer. We take a short break in between sets. If you require sets of a different length, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to discuss options and answer any questions you may have.
Yes! Our set-up allows us to perform outdoors, weather permitting. We will need shelter as electrical equipment is used, and a standard domestic power socket should be provided for us to plug into. If the weather is unpredictable on the day of your event, it is not advisable to proceed with outdoor entertainment. A decision will need to made by the venue manager an hour before the performance time.
Yes, we are able to provide live acoustic music to entertain guests during an evening event. If required, we can perform more upbeat numbers and encourage your guests to sing and dance. This can be a lovely way to set up the evening if you are intending to have a DJ or band later in the night.
We normally aim to arrive at your venue at least an hour prior to performance.
We need a minimum of half an hour to set up our equipment and check our sound levels.
We will need an area of flat, level ground for us to set up in, (2 x 2 m2 minimum) and a plug socket nearby.

Yes we have full Public Liability Insurance, up to the value of £10million. Venues will often ask to see a band’s Public Liability Insurance certificate. If you need this, please let us know and we can email a copy, either to you or direct to the venue.
Yes. If you would like us to send you a copy of our current PAT test certificate, please let us know and we can e-mail it to you.
Yes, a 20% deposit is needed to secure the date. We will then send out an invoice a month before your wedding for the final payment, as well as confirmation of booking and a performance contract.

Our bookings tend to be weddings and private events that unfortunately we are unable to invite guests to, but our videos and recordings are a very accurate insight into how we look and sound. We’d also suggest checking out our testimonials page to see what previous clients have said about their experience with Kodiak Avenue. If you would like to watch us perform live, please check our Facebook page, as we post details whenever we will be performing at any public events.
No, we don’t. We’ve performed at hotels, holiday resorts, corporate events, garden parties, restaurants, festivals, birthday parties and other special occasions.
